LIST OF ISSUES
Active Travel Routes
I am delivering safer walking and cycling routes within our town. I have worked with Councils and developers to deliver upgrades to our walking and cycling routes. It's vital that people feel safe so that they can walk into town or for children to walk to school. We need to push Oxfordshire County Council to deliver on its objectives laid out in the Local Transport Connectivity Plan 5 so that we see the important highways infrastructure delivered in our town and villages.
Making our Town and Villages Greener and Cleaner!
We want to champion our green spaces across Witney West. Promoting the growth of wildflowers along our grass verges, the reduced use of vehicles and our continued support for Witney Woodland Volunteers, who regularly maintain Deer Park wood.
Sensible, Sustainable Estate Maintenance
It is vital that we keep our streets and estates thoroughly maintained. Whether this be potholes, parks, street furniture or street lamps; it is vital that we keep our estates up-to-scratch.

Improving Leisure Facilities
Our leisure facilities aren't up to scratch therefore we need a new plan to improve our leisure facilities in Witney and West Oxfordshire.
Specifically here in West Witney, I want to see better
Youth Services
Over the course of the last decade, we have seen a reduction in youth services. I am proud to support the Youth Services Grant that the Town Council have introduced. This is targeted for organisations that support our young people. This is a really positive fund and I am proud that it works so well.
