Windrush Place: View Plans for Local Centre, Sports Pavilion and 70 Residential Homes

I have been sent plans for the development of a Local Centre (shops), a Sports Pavilion and 70 Residential Homes.
The developer is seeking views from residents about that plans and there is going to be a meeting arranged between the developers and the Planning & Biodiversity Committee at Witney Town Council. This is the best way for views to be submitted back to the developers prior to them submitting Full Planning Applications for these 3 developments.
As you know, I have worked hard over the last few years for the sports pavilion and shops, so I am pleased to finally see some action being taken.
If you have an opinion you would like shared with the developers, then I ask that you email me. I will share your responses with Witney Town Council, however, you will not receive any marketing from them - I will send your responses on for information only.
